1.
This is the turning point, 'cause there's a light right out of my window, hey. I never heard you screaming. Listen when I say, it'll never pass. And all these liars, make my head was spinning. And I can't speak, I can't speak, I can't speak, I can't speak. So at god speed, at god speed, at god speed, at god speed. In the news today, some guys jumped straight out of his window, it's hell. And there was a reason, I wore my tie straight. A month out of season on the cusp of a headache.
2.
It goes in their heads and out their toes. Through their minds but not their clothes. Go trade your time with our foes. Go tell the world so everyone knows, by now. When they come, they'll know. Anytime did you have to go? Follow me around again, no. And if it all breaks down, you're the worst when I'm around. That's how this goes. I went to the store and guess what I found. Our CD sales fell through the ground. Come see the world through my eyes. Go hear my voice it's your disguise. Cause gone are the days, in my life, where the streets are a haze filled with black, red and white. My self esteem, comes clean, cause there's a world in my head. I guess I'll go there, guess I'll go there, guess I'll go there instead. How many times did I have to say, 'I can't get over how well you're doing.' It's not a fact, it's all state of the art, I can't get over how much you blew it. 10 seconds, until you kill me, but I don't care. Keep your head underwater, keep your head underwater. I've seen the dead, yeah I've seen it all. Me and my friends, like to dance, in the morgue before the rest of us fall.
3.
No, I can't take it anymore, I feel like I'm falling to the floor. Alas, all my dreams are stale. And, when I try to push through to you, I feel like I'm crawling through a door that keeps on getting smaller, all the while I'm growing taller. All of the things I should have said, 'cause I'm clever. And all of the times you should have won, 'cause you're better. And my limbs will fall off, bone by bloody bone. Like dusty petals, golden rose. And when I see you were falling down, all I know is that everything will pass us by. And I'd never seen the world I'd loved before, well that's it I'll never know. So go to sleep without me. Grab your sowing kit made of long forgotten ropes and cotton. Try to stitch me up, and make me whole again. Grab your sowing kit made of long forgotten, forever rotten. Try to stitch me up, and make me whole again. 'Cause I'm trying hard to make ends meet. And I'm trying hard to get you off of your feet. So come on girl just dance for me. Let me hold you down so we can be free.
4.
Young love like a flower bud, speak to me. Young girls with their cigarettes, don't preach to me. When did I stop, to think about all these little things? That's when I knew, I was caught up in waiting for something that would never come. As soon as I heard, I just ran, I just ran on down the road. That's when I learnt to love my foe. That's when I said, 'No I won't.' It flows but I knew you would, knew you would. But I, thought this would be civil, she didn't show, I don't know. But you and I, never needed the money after all. I gave my love, to everybody else. Young guns, on the football field, I say go. When did I call this my home? When did I stop, to think about all these little things. That's when I learnt to love it all. Young blood in the river flow, by our tree. Long live your baby boy, was only three. And will be forever. I won't, it flows like the blood of an animal. But I, thought this would be civil, how's it she didn't know that you and I, never needed the money after all? I gave my love, has anybody seen this film? Anybody else?
5.
And when the world seemed to crack, my honey bear wasn't enough, to keep me from falling through the gaps. All of my days, I've been frozen, building nothing more, in the rough and in the cold. You never needed me, so why am I still here? Watch me in your sleep 'till I forget I'm on my knees. You never needed me, so why am I still here? What are you gonna do with all that time on your hands? And when the world seemed to crack, my honey bear wasn't enough, to keep me from falling through the gaps. What in my life, would have I changed, if only there was time. Another waste of a day.
6.
I saw you were coming down, but our world was overlooked, and all the people were made in, like, two seconds. I don't care, cause I never knew your name, like it was a joke, is this a joke? He sleeps in his shoes, but he'll never lose, cause he won't stop hating, he won't stop hating. They walk down my street, with the world at their needs but I knew them better, I knew them better. He'll need a voice, to see me again, but I'm all broke on a rainy day. Fight back what you've lost then, see what you've got. You'll find life in the strangest ways, oh yeah. Well I heard you were pulling through, but your minds fucked and so who are to say what I, to say what I could have been there? And in a few years, maybe more, you'll see me breaking down that door. It'll be the greatest heist to be had, everything's become too sad. He sleeps in his shoes, but he'll never lose, cause he won't stop hating, he won't stop hating. They walk down my street, with the world at their needs but I knew her better. He'll need a voice, to see her again, but I'm all broke on a rainy day. Fight back what you've lost then, see what you've got. You'll find life in the strangest place, oh yeah. There will be a day when all of this comes to an end, I don't wanna see my friends fall victim to a trend. In a few years I'll be damned if I have to, the fun's in the hunt you've got nothing to hold on.
